Trafik dari arah utara bergerak perlahan

KUALA LUMPUR 4 Sept. - Trafik di beberapa lokasi di Lebuhraya Utara-Selatan (Plus) sektor utara menghala ke ibu negara dilaporkan sesak petang ini berikutan peningkatan jumlah kenderaan di jalanraya.
Lembaga Lebuhraya Malaysia (LLM) melaporkan pada kira-kira 5 petang hari ini bahawa trafik sesak dari kawasan Taiping ke Changkat Jering di Perak.
Trafik antara Simpang Pulai ke Gopeng dan Kawasan Rawat & Rehat (R&R) Sungai Perak ke Terowong Menora pula perlahan.
Trafik sesak juga dilaporkan berlaku dari jambatan Pulau Pinang menghala ke Plaza Tol Juru dan dari Plaza tol Taiping Utara ke Plaza tol Changkat Jering.
LLM juga melaporkan bahawa trafik sesak berlaku di Lebuhraya Pantai Timur iaitu dari kawasan Plaza Tol Bentong ke Kuala Lumpur.
Jurucakap Plus pula melaporkan tiada kesesakan trafik dikesan berlaku di sektor selatan lebuhraya tersebut menghala ke ibu kota petang ini termasuk di kawasan R&R Seremban ke Nilai.
Jurucakap Plus itu juga melaporkan keadaan Lebuhraya Persekutuan dan Plaza Tol-Jalan Duta berjalan lancar. - Bernama

KUALA LUMPUR: Traffic at several locations along the northern sector of the North-South Expressway (Plus) to the Federal Capital was reported to heavy this evening as more vehicles get on the highway.
The Malaysian Highway Authority (MHA) reported that at about 5pm, traffic was heavy from Taiping to Changkat Jering in Perak.
Traffic between Simpang Pulai to Gopeng and from the Sungai Perak Rest and Recreation Area to the Menora Tunnel was reported to be slow moving.
Heavy traffic was reported from the Penang Bridge to the Juru Toll Plaza and from the Taiping North Toll Plaza to the Changkat Jering Toll Plaza.
MHA also reported heavy traffic at the East Coast Highway from the Bentong Toll Plaza to Kuala Lumpur.
A spokesperson of Plus reported no traffic congestion was detected in the southern sector of the highway including the Seremban Rest and Recreation Area to Nilai.
The spokesman also reported that traffic along the Federal Highway and at the Jalan Duta Toll Plaza was moving smoothly. -Bernama
