The world's oldest living conjoined twins are celebrating their 50th birthday with a visit to London.Lori Schappell and George Schappell, who suffers from spina bifida, said they were "over the moon" to be cracking the milestone birthday on September 18 after doctors predicted they would only live until age 30.
The twins, from Pennsylvania, cannot be seperated because they share brain tissue and critical blood vessels
Despite this, they say they live individual lives, with Lori dating, and George deciding to live as a man and changing his name from Dori.Dori.
