Electrical power still out at Japan nuclear reactors
Connecting a power line to Japan's Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant has been more difficult than workers anticipated. Meanwhile, manual spraying of seawater on some of the buildings seems to be working to reduce radiation levels at the plant.
